Wessex Wedding Video

Permission

You are responsible for checking that the recording of video is allowed at the wedding venues, and that any fees are paid to the relevant parties.

Booking

A completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of £100 must be received by Wessex Wedding Video before the booking will be considered firm.

Payment

The balance of the payment is required by Wessex Wedding Video two weeks prior to the Wedding Day.

Archiving

Wessex Wedding Video will store a copy of the completed production for a minimum of one year so that you can order additional copies.  We cannot, however, offer compensation for loss of the copy due to circumstances beyond our control.

Care of supplied material

Wessex Wedding Video will take care of any photographs or other material supplied by you, but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

In the event of equipment failure or illness Wessex Wedding Video shall not be liable for any compensation except for the return of the deposit and final payment.

Copyright

A Wedding Video Recording Licence is normally required to comply with the relevant copyright laws.  This is not supplied by Wessex Wedding Video, and may be obtained from www.wvrl.co.uk.  This website also explains in detail how the licence operates.
